›How much is entry?
AED 50 per person. Entry is free for children under 10 — so a family of two parents and two little ones pays AED 100. You'll see your total before you confirm.
›How do I pay?
By card — Apple Pay, Google Pay or any card. Online bookings are card only, and your place is confirmed the moment you pay. A limited number of tickets may be available on the door on the night, subject to availability.
›When is my booking confirmed?
The moment you pay — your entry pass appears right away. If you don't finish paying, we hold your place for 72 hours from the moment you register; after that it's released and you'd need to register again.
›What do I show at the door?
Your entry pass. We email it once your payment is confirmed, and it carries a QR code our team scans in seconds. Lost it? We can look you up by name at the door.
›Can I bring my children?
Please do — it's a family evening. Entry is free for children under 10; just tell us how many are coming when you register. Everyone 10 and over pays, and we'll ask for their name and number too — for anyone under 15, a parent's number is fine.
›Why do you need everyone's details?
So we know exactly who's in the room. We ask for a name and phone number for every guest 10 and over, and one email address for whoever books — that's where the pass and everything else about the booking goes. Anyone under 15 is unlikely to have a phone of their own, so just put a parent's number down for them.
›What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 6:00 PM. Come early, stay late.
