Terms of entry

Who we are

September Garden (Dubai Edition) is organised by Sevents in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms cover buying entry to the event and attending it.

What you are buying

Entry for one named guest to September Garden on Saturday, September 12, 2026, 6:00 PM onwards, at Millennium Airport Hotel, Garhoud — Garhoud Ballroom. Entry costs AED 50 per guest aged 10 and over; children under 10 enter free and do not need a ticket.

Entry is admission only. Food, drink and anything sold by stallholders on the night are bought separately from the traders themselves.

Booking and payment

Registering holds your place for 72 hours. A place is only booked once payment reaches us — until then it can be released and offered to someone else.

Card payments are processed by Ziina, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Bank transfers are matched by hand against your booking reference, which is why we ask you to allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. If you pay by transfer without quoting your booking reference we may not be able to match your payment.

Once payment is confirmed we email your entry pass, which carries a QR code. Prices are in UAE dirhams and are the amount you were quoted at the time you registered; a later change to the entry fee does not change what you owe.

On the night

Bring your entry pass — on a phone is fine. Every guest aged 10 and over must be named on a booking. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout.

Entry may be refused, or a guest asked to leave without a refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive to other guests, or for refusing a reasonable request from our team or the venue. The venue's own rules and security procedures apply, including any bag checks.

Your pass admits the party named on it. Passes may be transferred to another guest by telling us before the event, but may not be resold.

Changes to the event

We may need to change the programme, the line-up or the timings. Those changes are not, on their own, grounds for a refund. If we cancel the event, or move it to another date or venue that does not work for you, see our refund policy.

Photography

We take photographs and video at the event for our own records and promotion. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of our team on the night and we will do our best to keep you out of shot and to remove you from anything already taken.

Liability

You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
