Sevents collects the least we can get away with to run September Garden, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing. This page says exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect, and why

• A name and phone number for every guest 10 and over. The door works from this list, and it is how we know who is in the room in an emergency.
• One email address per booking. Where your entry pass and everything else about the booking is sent.
• A headcount of children under 10. A number only — we do not ask for their names or details.
• What you paid, when, and how. Including a reference from our payment provider or your bank, so we can match your payment to your booking.
• Anything you tell us in the notes box — accessibility needs, allergies — so we can act on it.

We do not see or store card numbers. Card payments happen on our payment provider's own pages, and all we receive back is whether the payment succeeded and a reference for it.

Who else sees it

• Ziina — our payment provider, for card payments.
• Resend — sends the emails about your booking.
• Vercel and Neon — host the site and the database behind it.
• The venue — headcounts and catering numbers only, never a guest list with contact details.

Volunteers and stallholders who apply through this site have their applications seen only by the organising team.

How long we keep it

Booking and guest details are deleted within three months of the event. Records of what was paid are kept longer where we have to keep them for accounting.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@seventsdxb.com and we will do it. If you ask us to delete a booking before the event, that cancels it.

Emails we send are about a booking you made, not marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie it sets is a sign-in cookie for the organising team's own admin pages.
